El Caminito del Rey (King's Road) is an aerial path built on the walls of the Gaitanes Gorge. It has a length of 3km and a width of only 1m. One of the most well-known parts of the enclave is the cantilever, a footbridge hanging at a height of 105 meters from the ground.
El Caminito del Rey Path is placed in the middle of multi-layered natural surroundings that consist of reservoirs, mountains, gorges and valleys and is linear not circular, only to one way (from Ardales to Álora) so, you need to go back to the start point on the bus provided for a fee.
Only people over 8 years old can access to the path.
